Description

27 West Street is an 18th-century building that is timber framed and has two storeys with one bay, arranged on a square plan. It features a hipped, slated roof with eaves, and the walls are cased in red brick, with the front wall painted. On the second storey, there is a pair of small paned sash windows, and a matching pair on the first storey, both set under a straight arch with a rubbed relieving arch above. The ground storey is weatherboarded and includes three paned casements.
