Description

West House is a 17th or 18th century timber-framed and plastered house located on West Street in Wivenhoe. The building was altered in the early 19th century and features a ridged, gabled roof covered with peg tiles. The entrance door is on the left and consists of six fielded panels. The ground floor includes one modern casement window and a pair of small-paned sash windows. Above, there is one modern sash window and one small-paned sash window located at the top right.
