Description

Mount House is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house that has been significantly altered in the 18th century. It has two storeys and attics, featuring a three-window range with 3-light casement windows that include glazing bars from the 20th century. The entrance is marked by a wooden doorcase with plain pilasters, a decorated frieze, and a cornice. The roof is tiled and half-hipped at both the east and west ends, with one modern dormer window on the front and a large square chimney stack located centrally.
