22 and 23 North Hill are two-storey buildings with probable origins in the 17th century. They are timber-framed and plastered, featuring tiled roofs and two gabled wings at the rear. The front is faced with brick and has a four-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor includes a modern double-fronted shop. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 13 to 29 North Hill.
