Numbers 1 and 2 Guildhall Cottages is a 17th century house that is timber framed and stands two storeys tall. It features a range of four windows on the first storey and is rendered. The roof is gabled and covered with peg tiles, and there are English bonded red brick chimney stacks located against the north and south walls. The windows are 8-pane hornless sashes, and there are two modern porches added to the building.
