Description
Old Lane House is a 17th-century house. It is constructed with a timber frame, where the principal wall posts remain visible, and is rendered. The roof is covered in pantiles. The house has two storeys and an attic. It has four four-light and one central three-light mullion windows on each facade, though these are largely modern replacements. A gabled porch was added in the 20th century, centrally positioned. A large, central chimney stack features four octagonal bases of moulded brick. Later extensions have been added to the sides and rear of the original structure.
