Description

Berry House is an early to mid-19th century house. It is constructed of painted brick, with the ground floor rendered and a peg-tile roof covering.

The exterior features two storeys and two and a half bays, topped by a ridged and hipped roof. The entrance door, made of timber and with panelled reveals, is located on the right side. To the left of the door, there is an 8 over 8 sash window and 20th-century French windows. On the first floor, there are two 8 over 8 sash windows.

The interior has not been inspected.
