Description

No. 2 Alma Street is an early 19th-century corner building, now painted, constructed of red brick in Flemish bond. It stands two storeys high and features a moulded band at the first floor, an eaves band, and a coped parapet. The first storey has five round-headed windows with compassed glazing bars in their small-paned sashes. The window openings have keystoned, moulded head arches, and the reveals show long and short work, which is painted. The ground storey includes a round-headed door located in the clipped corner of the building, with Tudor windows on either side. There is another round-headed door on Alma Street, accompanied by a matching window.
