Description

This is an 18th-century building situated on North Hill, with a rear wing dating to the 17th century. The front facade is plastered and two storeys high, topped by a coping. It features a two-window range of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. A large bay window projects from the ground floor, and the doorway is framed by a doorcase with a flat cornice head resting on plain pilasters. The rear wing retains some original mullioned windows. The building is part of a group with numbers 45 and 49 North Hill.
