Description

This is an early 18th-century building on George Street, originally timber-framed and now plastered with a roughcast finish. It is two stories high and has a tiled roof. The building has a five-window front, with mostly original three-light leaded mullion transom casement windows. A wood modillion eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. Cellarage is present beneath the structure. The building forms a group with numbers 31 to 49 on the same side of George Street.
