Description

Brook Cottage is a 17th century house that has undergone alterations in the late 18th century. It is timber framed and faced in painted brick, topped with a hipped roof made of red plain tiles. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range of vertical sliding double hung sashes with glazing bars. A 17th century chimney stack has been rebuilt at the top in the 19th century. The entrance is marked by a flat topped door surround with moulded and recessed architraves.
