Brewers Cottage is a 17th-century house that is timber framed and plastered, featuring a red plain tile gambrel half hipped roof. The building has one storey and attics, with a three-window range that includes two modern casements and one 18th-century horizontal sliding sash. There are also two 'Catslide' dormers, each with horizontal sliding sashes. At the rear, there is a 19th-century lean-to.
