Description

Anita Villa and Laurel Cottage are a 17th-century house, later divided into three cottages. The building is timber-framed and clad in weatherboard, with a grey slate roof. It has two storeys and a three-window front, featuring modern casement windows. A 17th-century red brick chimney stack, partly rebuilt in the 19th century, is a notable feature. The original layout consisted of three bays plus a chimney bay.
