Description

St Peters The Elms is a two-storey building located on Boxted Church Street. It features a broken front-line and a ridge height roof that is ridged and gabled, covered with peg-tiles. A central stock brick chimney is present, along with a porch on the ground storey. The doorway is in the Tudor style and dates from the 19th century, made of moulded stucco with a gabled peg-tiled roof and fretted verge-boards. Above the door is a Tudor style sash window, with matching sash windows on both the left and right sides of the ground storey, as well as similar windows on the first storey. At the rear, there is a long range with plastered walls and peg-tiled roofs.
