Description

Spendpenny Farmhouse is a 13th-century house featuring an exposed timber frame on its west elevation. The south end has a painted brick wall with a flanking red brick chimney, while the main chimney is large and positioned north of the center along the length of the building. On either side of the front door, there are sets of three modern casement windows. The farmhouse includes one large gabled dormer window, and the roofs are ridged and gabled, covered with peg tiles. The overall plan of the building is rectangular.
