Description

CHAPPEL SWAN STREET 1. 5214 (east side) Brook Hall TL 82 NE 6/12 II GV 2. C15 house, originally timber framed and of H plan of which the central range has been re-built in red brick. Both wings plastered and of 2 storeys that to west has a range of 3 windows along the street, these are mixed sashes and casements. Exposed joists in ceiling of west wing ground storey, haunchless tenons. Five red brick chimney stacks. Roof ridged, gabled and peg-tiled.
