Description
Nutknowle Farmhouse is a 17th-century or earlier framed building, largely refaced with brick and flints, and now painted. Some timbering remains exposed in the north wall, which also features a stone and brick chimney breast. The east wing is tile-hung with a gable. The roof is covered in Horsham slabs. Casement windows are present. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has three windows facing forward. A later addition of three windows, with a tiled roof, extends from the south end, and a modern pentice has been recently added to the south-east. It is currently not a working farm.
