Description

The Anchor Inn is a 16th century timber-framed and plastered house with 17th century work, featuring a cross wing at the south end. The inn underwent renovations and alterations in the 20th century and is now faced in roughcast. It has two storeys and a four-window range with 20th century casements. The roof is tiled and hipped over the cross wing. Inside, the building retains exposed timber-framing.
