Description
72 and 73 Duke Street is a late 18th-century building that stands three stories tall and features a three-window range. The upper floors have tripartite sash windows, while the ground floor has two pairs of small-paned sashes. Centrally located are two front door cases with semi-circular half columns that are fluted. Above the doors are semi-circular fanlights, and the cornice is adorned with an entablature decorated with swags and urns. The building has a slated roof with a deep eaves overhang supported by eight pairs of bold modillions.
