II GV A small C18 timber-framed and plastered addition to Nos 27 and 29, now a separate tenement. 2 storeys. 2 window range, double-hung sashes with margin glazing bars. There is a central doorway with architrave and moulted cornice. Roof tiled, with a central chimney stack. All the listed buildings around The Green form a group. (Nos 8,10,38,52, and 25 are buildings of local interest.)
