Description

31 The Green is a small 18th century timber-framed and plastered building that was originally an addition to Nos 27 and 29 but is now a separate tenement. It has two storeys and features a two-window range with double-hung sashes that include margin glazing bars. The central doorway is framed with an architrave and has a moulded cornice above it. The roof is tiled and includes a central chimney stack. This building is part of a group of listed buildings around The Green, which also includes Nos 8, 10, 38, 52, and 25, the latter of which are recognized as buildings of local interest.
