Description

Mundays is a timber-framed and plastered house that dates back to the 17th century but has undergone significant alterations and additions in the 18th century and later. Originally, it was built in an L-shaped plan with the upper storey jettied on the east side of the south wing, although this feature has now been underbuilt. The front of the house showcases 18th-century characteristics. It has two storeys and a four-window range, featuring double-hung sashes with glazing bars. There is a central doorway flanked by side windows, which has a shell hood above it. The roof is tiled. The listed buildings around The Green, including Nos 8, 10, 38, 52, and 25, form a group and are of local interest.
