A C18 or early C19 red brick house. 2 storeys. 3 window range, C19 double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing bars, in flush cased frames, The ground storey has 2 canted bays and a central doorway with a moulded architrave and dentilled pediment. Roof tiled, with a paired modillion eaves cornice.

Nos 2 to 14 (even) and No 1, with The Cock Inn, High Street and The Bear Inn, The Square form a group.
