Description

Myrtle Villa is an early 19th-century brick house that has been colourwashed. It stands two storeys tall and features a four-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The doorways are adorned with fluted architraves and corner roundels. The windows and doors on the ground floor are placed within slightly recessed semi-circular arched panels. The roof is covered with slate. Myrtle Villa is included in the listing for its group value, as it is part of a group with Nos 44 to 54 (even) and Nos 51 and 59.
