Description

South House is a red brick house dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It has two storeys and cellars. The east front features a three-window range, while the north and south sides each have a two-window range. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, set in painted reveals. There is a central doorway that is topped by a 20th-century ornamental porch designed in a style that is appropriate for the period. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles.
