Description

Old Priests House is a 16th-century cottage that features timber framing and plastering, with a cross wing at the west end. The upper storey juts out on the north side of the cross wing. The building has two storeys and is fitted with casement windows. The roof is tiled and includes a large rectangular central chimney stack, which has a 17th-century moulded base and has been rebuilt above. This cottage is part of a group of listed buildings in The Village, which includes Dweina No 1, Elm Cot, Lime Tree Cottage, and Almshouses, all of local interest.
