Wrongly shown on OS map as Jordans Farm. House. Mid-C19, extended in C19. Red brick in Flemish bond, roofed with slate. Double range plan facing NW, with 2 internal stacks between the ranges, and an external stack to rear right, enclosed by a mid-C19 extension. Late C19 single-storey lean-to in rear left angle. 2 storeys. Ground floor, 2 original sashes of 6+6 lights with much crown glass, in segmental arches. First floor, 3 similar original sashes. Central flush 6-panel door and plain overlight in simple doorcase comprising plaster pilasters and flat canopy on profiled brackets. Each side elevation has 2 similar sashes on each floor. The rear extension has a similar sash in the right elevation, and one in the rear elevation. Roofs fully hipped, of low pitch on the original house. The shaft of the left stack is cement-rendered. The date 1841 is lightly inscribed on a brick in the rear elevation of the main building, near the present back door. INTERIOR: original stair of a straight flight with a quarter-turn at the top, with moulded pine handrail and 2 stick balusters to each tread. Original folding shutters in the splays of all 4 windows in the front ground-floor rooms. 4-panel internal doors.
