Farmhouse. C18, built in two phases with earliest part at rear, extended Cl9. Flemish bond red brick. Red tile roof, brick stacks. Symmetrical, 2-storey, 3-windowed facade. Tripartite sashes with central 12-pane sashes to ground floor. Central, 6- panel door with fanlight, set back within round-headed fluted surround. Flat projecting hood supported on brackets. Twelve-pane sash within round-headed surround above door, flanked by 4-pane sashes. All windows with gauged brick heads with keystones with moulded decoration. Parapet with string course with moulded dentil decoration. C19 extensions with lower roofline set back to right. C20 three-light casement with transom to ground floor, two light casement to first floor, brick dentil cornice. Steps in front of extension have access to cellar under main body. Single-storey wash house extension to right. Parallel-ridged roof to main body with stacks at gable ends. Gable-end and lateral stack to C19 extensions and wash house. Flat coping at gable ends of extension and main body. Interior; C18 panelling in rear left-hand room. Incomplete interior inspection.
