Farmhouse. Early to mid-C18, with later alterations and additions. Red brick (Flemish bond); plain tile roof with raised verges; brick integral end stacks. Main house aligned east-west facing south with an extension to the west on the same alignment and two rear wings aligned north-south. Two storeys and attic with storey bands. Four windows, C20 casements within C18 openings with segmental heads. Two late C19 ground floor bay windows with hipped slate roofs. Central C20 latticed porch giving access to a C20 door within an C18 opening. Low brick extension to the left with right hand C20 casement and left hand door. Rear. Two gabled kitchen wings; the right hand one is early C19 and of coursed limestone rubble; the left hand wing is late C19 and of red brick. INTERIOR. Early to mid-C18 newel staircase with closed string and turned balusters incorporating square knots. Jointed and pegged king-post roof trusses.
