Description

Deans Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and plaster, and has a red tile roof. A central chimney stack is built of red brick. The cottage is two storeys high, with a two-window front featuring casement windows with three lights. There is a boarded door to the left, and a 20th-century porch extension with a boarded door to the right. The timber frame includes jowled storey posts and stop-chamfered bridging joists.
