Description

This is a barn located approximately 40 metres south of School Farm House, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, sitting on a brick plinth. The roof is made of corrugated iron and features a midstrey at the rear left. The barn consists of three bays and has a side purlin roof with a ridge board. The walls are supported by through bracing, and there are hanging knees to the tie beams. It is considered a good example of its type.
