Cottage. Early C19. Timber framed, plastered and weatherboarded, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 2 bays facing SE, with internal stack at left end. Single-storey lean-to at left end. One storey with attics. 2 C20 casements and one fixed light in gabled half-dormer. C20 glazed door in lean-to conservatory, and one halved door. Front elevation weatherboarded.
