Description

The building known as the House and Shop occupied by Cameron Chemist is an 18th-century structure featuring a timber frame with plaster. It stands two storeys high and has a two-window range on both the north front and the east side, with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars in flush cased frames. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front and a 20th-century single-storey shop addition on the east side. The roof is tiled and has four hipped ends on the east side. This building, along with the Constitutional Club and No 23, forms a group with Hill House in the Market Place.
