Cottage, C17 or earlier. Timber framed, weatherboarded, roofed with thatch and corrugated iron. 2 bays aligned approximately NW-SE with internal chimney stack at NW end, single storey with attics, roof thatched. Single storey range of one bay to NW, roofed with corrugated iron. Aspect NE. 2 plain boarded doors, one C19 fixed window of 24 lights, one C19 horizontally sliding window of 24 lights, and one small C20 metal window. One C19 horizontally sliding window of 16 lights on SE gable. In interior of NW bay, axial beam with exposed joists and in remainder, axial beam with joists plastered to soffits.
