Description

Peterfields Barn is a barn dating from the 17th to 18th century, located approximately 100 metres north-east of the farmhouse along Peterfields Lane. The barn is timber framed and covered with weatherboarding, featuring a roof clad in corrugated iron. It has double doors leading to a central red-tiled midstrey and a brick plinth at the base. The structure likely consists of five bays and has a side purlin roof. The barn displays hanging knees to the tie beams, which are braced to the walls. It was in use at the time of the last survey.
