Description

This barn, located approximately 50 metres west of Park Farmhouse, dates from the late 15th century to early 16th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded. The roof is half hipped and clad with corrugated asbestos. The barn features central full height double doors and consists of five large aisled bays. Inside, there are arched braces supporting the tie beams and top plates, along with a framed side purlin roof and a bridled scarf. This barn is a good example of its type.
