Description

Liston Hall is a late 18th and early 19th century house constructed of red brick, with a hipped roof covered in red plain tiles. The roof features a moulded and dentilled eaves cornice. The house is two storeys high with a two-window front. It has 19th-century casement windows on the first floor and 19th-century vertical sliding sash windows on the ground floor. A red brick chimney stack is also present. A rear entrance is located at the back of the building.

To the right of the main house is a single-storey, crescent-shaped room topped with a stone parapet. It has round-headed windows with glazing bars on both the left and right sides, and central double doors with a round-headed fanlight and glazing bars. This building and the nearby Park House (which is not listed) are the only remnants of the original Liston Hall, which was demolished sometime after the Second World War.
