Description
Little Chelmshoe House Barn is a barn built around 1700, located approximately 14 metres northeast of Little Chelmshoe House. The barn is constructed of flint with red brick dressings and features a half hipped red plain tiled roof. It has a double door at the front and a midstrey at the rear, with a total of five bays. The roof is supported by side purlins, which include some original queen struts and side braces. The barn is visually appealing, showcasing a 2:2 double range of red brick dressed ventilator strips and three red brick pilaster strips on either side of the doors. It also has notable landscape value.
