Description

Seven Sisters Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century or earlier. It is timber framed and plastered, with decorative ashlar lines. The roof is red plain tiles and features three gabled dormers. The cottage is one storey high, with attics, and has a three-window front with small-paned vertically sliding sash windows. A gabled porch with a grey slate roof encloses the entrance, which features a four-panelled door. A red brick chimney stack is positioned off-centre. A single-storey extension to the right, with red plain tiles and a small-paned casement window, has been added. The interior features chamfered beams and contains both 17th and 18th century doors.
