Byham Hall Barn, located approximately 70 metres north-east of Byham Hall, is a barn dating from the 17th to 18th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded. The roof is hipped and made of corrugated asbestos, featuring side purlin construction. The barn consists of three bays and includes a bladed scarf joint. The floor is made of on-edge bricks.
