Description
116 High Garrett is a Grade II listed building that was originally a range of 18th century timber-framed and plastered cottages, now converted into one tenement. The building is one storey high with attics and features a four-window range. The 18th century casements have "gothic" pointed heads and leaded lattice lights. The roof is thatched and includes two gabled dormers, along with one central and two end external chimney stacks. These cottages bear similarities to Nos 2 and 4 in Sunnyfields Road, contributing to their picturesque appearance.
