Description
Mill Lodge is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered house that originally stood to the south of Bocking Parish Church on the site of Courtauld's Mill. It served as the mill house until 1926, when it was dismantled and re-erected at its current location. The house has two storeys and features a three-window range on the east front, with one window range on both the north and south fronts. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars in small panes. The central doorway is flanked by a 20th-century gabled porch. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles.
