Description

This is a pair of 18th-century timber-framed and plastered cottages located on Sunnyfields Road in Bocking. They are one storey high with attics and have a four-window front. The windows are casements with Gothic pointed arches and leaded lattice lights. Upper-storey windows form four gabled dormers. The roofs are tiled, featuring a tall central chimney stack, and a substantial, splayed external chimney stack projects from the west end. The cottages are described as picturesque and likely were originally thatched, similar to No. 116 High Court.
