Description

Nos 12 and 14 Sunnyfields Road are originally a pair of 18th or 19th century timber-framed and plastered cottages, now combined into one tenement building. The building is one storey high with attics. It has a two-window front with casement windows and one double-hung sash window with glazing bars. The roof is thatched and features two gabled dormers.
