Description

High Garrett House is an 18th century timber-framed and plastered farmhouse located on the west side of High Garrett in Bocking. The building has two storeys and features a five-window range with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. On the ground storey, there are 19th century bay windows on either side of a central doorway, which is topped with a flat canopy supported by brackets. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The house underwent restoration and renovation in the 20th century.
