Description

This pair of gate piers, located 50 meters northwest of Twinstead Hall, dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of limestone. Each pier features large ball finials adorned with carved acanthus leaves. The northwest face of the piers showcases circular dies with radiating flutes. Note that Twinstead Hall itself is not listed.
