House, former farmhouse. C17 and early C19. Timber framed and plastered with peg tile roofs. Front block of 2 storeys with gabled roof and large square chimney stack. Single storey attics block at rear, forming 'L' plan shape with gambrel roof and one gabled dormer on north east side. Front has 2 double hung sash windows with small panes, margin glazing bars and moulded surrounds over 2 similar windows and central doorcase. This has a flat hood on small brackets, panelled pilasters and contemporary door, also with margin glazing bars.
