No 72 on High Street is a remaining gable of a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house. It has two storeys and features one window range, which is a double-hung sash with glazing bars. The ground storey includes a 20th-century shopfront. The roof is tiled. This building is included for its group value with No 72 and 74, as well as Nos 91 to 95 (odd).
