Villa. Early to mid C19. Gault brick, low pitched hipped slate roof. Two storeys with lower, rear service wing. Deep boarded eaves and plinth. Asymmetric facade; stone steps to Tuscan portico, wide six-panelled door with narrow side lights and rectangular fanlight. Two flanking, large recessed ground floor twelve-paned hung sash windows with flat plastered arches and incised key blocks. Three similar, smaller first floor windows. Verandah to west elevation with pent roof and pierced wooden frieze supported on cast iron columns.
