Description

Grange's Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with 20th-century additions, located on the west side of Brook Street in Elsworth. The building features a timber frame with plaster, tarred brick foundations, and a red brick ridge stack. It has thatched roofs and is one storey high with an attic. There is a 20th-century wing that extends at right angles to the north, along with two lean-to extensions that have half-glazed doors. The original building includes two casement dormer windows, one casement window, and one horizontal sliding sash window on the ground floor. This cottage is noted for its group value.
