Description

This is a cottage, likely dating from the late 18th century. It is timber-framed and has been rendered (covered with a smooth finish), with a mansard roof covered in plain tiles. A yellow brick stack rises from the ridge (top) of the roof and a separate stack is at one end. There are two dormers (small roofed projections containing windows) visible. The front has two early 19th-century sash windows that slide horizontally, each with shutters. A later door is positioned centrally.
